(Handelinge 10:16-20)
16. En dit het drie maal gebeur, en die voorwerp is weer in die hemel opgeneem.
17. En terwyl Petrus by homself verleë was wat die gesig tog kon beteken wat hy gesien het, staan die manne wat deur Cornelius gestuur was, daar by die poort en verneem na die huis van Simon.
18. En hulle roep en vra of Simon wat ook Petrus genoem word, daar tuis is.
19. En terwyl Petrus nadink oor die gesig, sê die Gees vir hom: "Daar is drie manne wat jou soek.
20. "Staan dan op, klim af en gaan saam met hulle sonder om te twyfel, want ek het hulle gestuur."

(Acts 10:16-20)
16. This occurred three times; then immediately the sheet was taken up to heaven.
17. Now Peter was still inwardly perplexed and doubted as to what the vision which he had seen could mean, when (just then) behold the messengers that were sent by Cornelius, who had made inquiry for Simon's house, stopped and stood before the gate.
18. And they called to inquire whether Simon who was surnamed Peter was staying there.
19. And while Peter was earnestly revolving the vision in his mind and meditating on it, the Holy Spirit said to him: "Behold, three men are looking for you!
20. "Get up and go below and accompany them without any doubt (about its legality), or any discrimination or hesitation, for I have sent them."
(Ek vertrou die Heilige Gees van God om my van die korrekte Skriflesing gedeelte te voorsien elke dag, volgens u behoeftes en verwagtinge. Aan Hom kom toe alle eer, heerlilheid, krag, mag, majesteit, lofprysing, aanbidding, en danksegging, van nou af tot in ewigheid.
