HERMA SE BLOG:

(Deuteronomium 6:1-3)

1. "Dit is dan die gebod, die insettinge en die verordeninge wat die Here julle God beveel het om julle te leer, sodat julle dit kan doen in die land waarheen julle oortrek om dit in besit te neem;

2. "dat jy die Here jou God kan vrees, en al Sy insettinge en Sy gebooie wat ek jou beveel te hou - jy en jou kind en jou kindskind, al die dae van jou lewe; en dat jou dae verleng kan word.  

3. "Hoor dan Israel, en onderhou dit sorgvuldig, dat dit met jou goed kan gaan, en julle baie kan vermenigvuldig soos die Here, die God van jou vaders jou beloof het, 'n land wat oorloop van melk en heuning.

(Deuteronomy 6:1-3)

1. "Now this is the instruction, (the commands, decrees and laws) the Lord our God directed me to teach you, to observe in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,     

2. "so that you, your children and their children after them may (reverently) fear the Lord your God, as long as you live, by keeping all His decrees and commands that I give you, and so that you may enjoy long life. 

3. "Hear therefore, O Israel, and be careful to obey so that it may go well with you and may increase greatly, in a land overflowing with milk and honey, just as the Lord, the God of your fathers, promised you."

(Ek vertrou die Heilige Gees van God om telkens die korrekte Skriflesing aan u deur te gee, volgens u behoeftes en verwagtinge. 

Aan Hom kom toe alle eer, heerlikheid, lofprysing, aanbidding en danksegging nou, en tot in ewigheid.
