(Deuteronomium 1:29-31)

29. Toe het ek aan julle gesê: "Wees nie verskrik en wees nie bevrees vir hulle nie. 

30. "Die Here julle God wat voor jul uittrek, Hy sal vir julle stry, net soos Hy voor julle oë met julle in Egipte gedoen het,

31. "en in die woestyn waar jy gesien het hoe die Here jou God jou dra soos 'n man sy seun dra, op die pad wat julle getrek het, totdat julle by hierdie plek gekom het."

(Deuteronomy 1:29-31)

29. Then I said to you: "Dread not, neither be afraid of them. 

30. "The Lord your God Who goes before you, He will fight for you just as He did for you in Egypt before your eyes,

31. "and in the wilderness, where you have seen how the Lord your God bore you, as a man carries his son, all the way that you went until you came to this place."

(Ek vertrou die Heilige Gees van God om elke dag die korrekte Skrifgedeelte aan u deur te gee, volgens u behoeftes en verwagtinge. Aan Hom kom toe alle eer, heerlikheid, lofprysing, aanbidding, krag, mag, danksegging, majesteit en soewereiniteit tot in alle ewigheid.
